Amanda + Erik’s Wedding at The Memphis Botanic Gardens || Memphis Wedding Photographer
Any of you who follow me on facebook will remember me talking about my “wedding of the year”. Well this is it! Not because any of my other weddings were less important … I love all my brides! But this one in particular held me to a very high standard! Amanda & I actually attended grade school together years ago! She contacted me via facebook to book her wedding and in all honesty I can’t tell you the last time I had seen her … it was probably 4th grade! I just love how my job brings people from my past back into my life. My day on the morning of May 21, 2011 at Amanda’s family home here in Memphis, TN.
These hangers never get old … love them!!!
Shortly after lunch we moved to the beautiful Memphis Botanic Gardens.
Beautiful flowers from Deedra Stone Designs of Memphis!
What a beautiful bride 🙂
I’m loving this cake from The Flour Garden of Memphis.
This is the care taker that worked for Amanda’s parents for over 30 years! She was even escorted down the aisle with the Mother’s! Too sweet!
Beautiful Mother of the Bride!
Off to the reception!!!
This amazing design and set up was created by Southern Event Planners!
Okay, for me, this was the COOLEST part of the wedding! Most couples have videographers these days right? Well not like this! It was a total first for me and I was left speechless. Charles of Daybreak Cinema not only captures your wedding with the utmost creativity but he provides a “Same Day Edit”. Like me, you haven’t seen the “Same Day Edit”? It’s too cool. All of the guests were invited to watch the video of the day they had just shared with Amanda & Erik and let me tell you … I was almost in tears!
Congrats to you both Amanda & Erik! It was a PERFECT evening!!!
